Dr Raza (MD, FACS, FASCRS) specializes in General Surgery, and is licensed to practice by the state board in Louisiana and Florida. He is currently a general and colorectal surgeon at the Rapides Regional Medical Center in Louisiana.

He has been awarded the Hugh A. Walters Humanitarian Award by the University of Florida College of Medicine’s department of surgery, for his dedication to excellence as a surgical resident.

Moreover, Dr Raza is a Fellow at the American College of Surgeons, and at the American Society of Colorectal Surgeons.

Outside of work, Dr. Raza enjoys traveling, hiking, diving, and cooking.
