Currently, Dr Arshad works as a General Dentist and Mobile Dentistry specialist, and is in
charge of Laser Dentistry at Medident Clinics in Karachi. He has also founded the first
Mobile Dentistry brand and company, Mobile Dental Solutions, that makes possible the
treatment of patients within their homes.
As an oral hygiene advocate, Dr. Arshad has made it his mission to improve oral health and
create oral health awareness. Besides arranging oral health checkups and writing blogs, he
has founded the Dry Mouth Initiative, which aims to create a novel treatment for dry mouth
xerostomia.
Being a Laser specialist, Dr Arshad is also an active member of the American Society for
Laser Medicine and Surgery. Previously, for more than four years, he was a General Dentist
at the Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine. Dr Arshad is an experienced sailor, and has represented Pakistan in many international
sailing events. Therefore, in his spare time, he focuses on teaching sailing to the youth of
Pakistan.
