Dr. Khan specialises in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, and is a board certified thoracic surgeon. She currently works at her private healthcare practice. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons.

Outside of her career, Dr Khan enjoys travelling and has a keen interest in cooking.
